Target Transition Shooting

Service Description

This class is for the student who’s ready to learn to properly engage more than one target. Though this is not a class for beginner shooters, it is geared for those who have had no or minimal exposure to shooting multiple targets. Target transitions include horizontal as well as targets that are vertically arranged. The student learns what it takes to transition quickly from target to target with a series of blended drills. First students begin with safety overview, then a basic warm up of target shooting. An explanation of the proper technique for transitions will follow. There will be instructor demonstration before each student begins on small exercises to prepare for larger combinations. All preparation is done with the intention of helping the student make quick accurate hits on all targets. The end result is the student has developed a new skill for target transitions. This skill is applicable for self defense and a good preparation for developing skills useful in competition.
