Holster Class: OWB

This class provides an introduction to the use of an out of the waistband (OWB) holster.  Designed with the newly started shooter in mind, this entry level class introduces the shooter to principles that lay the groundwork for a variety of different shooting disciplines. Those interested in expanding their defensive pistol training, concealed carry training, or who have interest in competitive shooting will find this class beneficial.

Students can anticipate exercises to learn the safe use of a holster, efficiently getting on target from holster, magazine reloads, and defensive shooting drills.

Prerequisites to this class require that the student has received some formal firearm instruction. Participants must know how to operate their firearm which includes loading/unloading, clearing malfunctions, and above all safely handling their firearm.
